PAYMENTS / PROVIDERS

PAYMENTS

VERSION 1.1 / EFFECTIVE 22 OCTOBER 2026
TWO PROVIDERS. TWO JOBS.
Yoco processes buyer checkout for Pass. PayAccSys is the electronic-payment intermediary for eligible seller payouts. Neither provider decides whether a ticket was fulfilled.
01

PASS REMAINS THE MARKETPLACE

Pass operates the marketplace and contracts directly with its buyers and sellers. Pass creates the order, records the price and fees, coordinates ticket fulfilment, handles transaction support, reviews disputes, and determines when an order meets the marketplace rules for an eligible seller payout.
Pass does not offer banking, lending, investment, stored-value, cash-withdrawal, or general money-transfer services. Payment processing and seller payout are limited to genuine Pass marketplace orders.
02

YOCO PROCESSES BUYER CHECKOUT

Yoco is Pass’s buyer-payment gateway. The buyer completes card entry on Yoco’s hosted checkout, and Yoco processes the authorised payment and settlement for Pass. Pass does not collect card details inside its own checkout form.
Yoco is not Pass’s escrow provider and does not decide whether a seller has fulfilled a ticket order. A browser return from Yoco is not enough to mark an order paid; Pass relies on the verified payment confirmation sent through the approved server process.
03

PAYACCSYS PROCESSES ELIGIBLE SELLER PAYOUTS

PayAccSys Services (Pty) Ltd publicly describes its electronic-payment service as acting as an intermediary for a client by processing accurate information submitted for payments to third parties. In the Pass flow, that role is separate from Yoco buyer checkout.
Pass provides the matching funds and an approved payment instruction only for a seller payout that has passed the applicable fulfilment, verification, dispute, and account checks. PayAccSys processes the payment instruction; it does not list tickets, determine whether a ticket is valid, decide a dispute, or decide when a seller becomes eligible.
04

HOW THE PAYMENT FLOW WORKS

Buyer payment and seller payout are separate stages:
• the buyer pays Pass through Yoco’s hosted checkout;
• Yoco confirms and settles an authorised Pass marketplace payment under its settlement schedule;
• Pass records the order and the amount potentially due to the seller;
• the seller transfers the correct ticket and the order passes the applicable confirmation or verification checks;
• only then may Pass submit an eligible seller payout and matching funds through PayAccSys.
05

HOLDS, DISPUTES + REVERSALS

A successful buyer payment does not guarantee an immediate seller payout. Pass may hold payout eligibility where transfer is incomplete, evidence is insufficient, the buyer disputes receipt, fraud or risk review is required, provider settlement is delayed, or an event or issuer problem affects the order.
Payment reversals, refunds, chargebacks, rejected beneficiary payments, banking delays, and provider cut-off times may affect timing. Pass remains responsible for administering the marketplace order and communicating the applicable next step.
06

DATA SHARED FOR PAYMENT

Yoco receives the checkout and transaction information required to process the buyer payment. PayAccSys receives only the beneficiary, payment-instruction, and reconciliation information needed to process an eligible seller payout.
Pass keeps provider access server-side, limits information by purpose, and does not publish private payment, beneficiary, banking, identity, or transfer details on the marketplace.
