SUPPORT

VERSION 1.1 / EFFECTIVE 22 OCTOBER 2026
BRING THE REFERENCE, NOT THE BARCODE.
Use your Pass order, listing, offer, or event reference. Never put a live QR code, barcode, password, payment credential, or verification code in an ordinary support message.
01

BUYING

Make an Offer submits your price; Buy Now explicitly accepts the current lowest ask. Offers and asks do not execute automatically. Buyers pay the ticket price and a R4.49 Pass service fee per ticket. Pass currently does not add a separate payment and settlement provider fee.
After funds are secured, follow the original issuer’s recipient/acceptance process. Confirm receipt only after the correct ticket is available through the expected issuer flow.
02

SELLING

Choose the correct event, ticket type, and original source/issuer. Set Your Price creates an ask; Sell Now explicitly accepts the highest bid. There is no listing fee; Pass deducts 5% from a successfully completed sale.
Wait for the funds-secured state before using the private transfer destination. Complete the issuer transfer on time and submit truthful completion evidence if requested. Seller settlement follows buyer confirmation or an approved verification process, subject to any dispute or provider hold.
03

TRANSFERS BY ORIGINAL SOURCE

Ticketmaster: a Transfer Pending screen or invitation may not prove recipient acceptance; completed transfer or issuer confirmation may be needed. Quicket and Howler: use their current official transfer flow where the event supports it; a downloadable ticket or original barcode is not automatically proof of reassignment.
Ticketpro and Computicket: transfer support and proof can vary by event and product. Do not assume a transfer is available. Other/unknown issuer: Pass routes the case for manual review. For every source, an organiser may disable transfer or open it only closer to the event.
04

TRANSFER EVIDENCE

Transfer evidence shows what the issuer process did; it is not the live ticket itself. Prefer a completion status or issuer confirmation that does not reveal a usable QR/barcode. Transfer Pending is not completed transfer where issuer acceptance is required.
Evidence upload never releases funds on its own. Pass may request more evidence, ask the buyer to confirm receipt, hold settlement, or escalate contradictory/uncertain evidence to a human reviewer.
05

TRANSACTION PROBLEMS

Use the order reference to report: ticket not received; invalid or already-used ticket; seller did not transfer; buyer says it was not received; incorrect recipient details; unexpected payment state; or a disputed transaction.
Describe the timeline and identify the original source. Pass may compare the order, issuer rules, evidence, buyer/seller claims, and settlement state. Significant disputes and consequential suspected fraud are prepared for human review; an AI recommendation alone does not permanently sanction an account.
06

EVENT CHANGES + INFORMATION

For a cancelled or postponed event, changed date/venue, or admission policy, first check the official organiser and issuer notice. The original purchaser may control an issuer refund in a resale situation, so send the Pass order reference to Support rather than assuming a direct refund.
Pass may compile public event facts from organisers, venues, ticketing platforms, and other public sources. Organisers, providers, and rightsholders can report incorrect metadata, duplicate events, outdated dates/venues, artwork concerns, or other content issues through this Support route.
07

PRIVACY + ACCOUNT HELP

Use this route for account-access issues and requests to access, correct, delete, or otherwise review personal information. State the request without sending passwords, verification codes, banking information, identity documents, or live ticket codes. Pass may need a separate secure identity-verification step.
You can also ask for human review of a materially consequential automated outcome.

CURRENT SUPPORT CHANNEL

This page is the permanent public support entry point at getpass.co.za/support. Direct contact details remain unpublished until a monitored provider-neutral support channel is operational. During pre-launch, use the in-product development support flow where available; do not trust unsolicited payment or credential requests claiming to be Pass.
